Rebecca Ravera is the founder, managing partner and the mastermind behind Capital Short Sale Group. With over 14 years of short sale & foreclosure experience, she has found her niche in the world of short sale negotiations. Widely known as the ‘go to’ person for short sales throughout the region, Rebecca handles client intake, judgment negotiations, lender negotiations, approvals and most importantly – CLOSINGS! Experiencing personally how foreclosure can and will impact a Homeowner, she gives everything she has to helping her Clients avoid the same through a successful short sale transaction.

David Miller is our licensed attorney and founding partner of Capital Short Sale Group. He’s busy handling negotiations and legalities behind the scenes and with your lender(s). As a “Jack Of All Trades”, David is also the managing partner of 3 Maryland based title companies and comes with decades of legal and real estate experience.

Kelly Wheatley-Alley

Director of Communication & Client Services

As the Director of Communication and Client Services, Kelly is nothing short of a bulldog. On a weekly basis, she and her team are in direct contact with 35+ mortgage companies, each having multiple files, pushing through and negotiating every aspect of your transaction. With 3.5 years in short sale negotiations, she has seen it all, fixed it all and has done so with professionalism and poise. Every Friday, Kelly & her team prepare full updates on every aspect of your short sale file, keeping you and your agent fully involved as to what’s been done, what we’re waiting on, and any suggestions we may have to expedite your transaction.

Alicia Bloss

Direction of Transaction Processing & Client Facilitation

Alicia is the Director of our Transaction Processing & Client Intake Departments and is in charge of your day-to-day short sale processing. Once we’ve started your transaction, Alicia may reach out requesting additional documents, and with any real time updates or requests we may have from your lender. Alicia comes with 25+ years of customer service and problem solving training and is extremely dedicated to making sure that all parties have the best possible experience with Capital Short Sale Group. We know short sales aren’t enjoyable, but she does everything in her power to make this transaction as easy and smooth as possible.

Mikee Rausa

Systems Project Manager & Mortgage Communication Dept.

Mikee Rausa is our Systems Project Manager heading up many of the internal processes necessary for running a smooth short sale transaction from start to finish. Her assistance in organization and design has taken Capital Short Sale Group to the next level. Mikee also assists in the Mortgage Communication Department working side by side with Kelly to ensure the positive completion of the short sale process. She is our “ride or die” for all internal systems and support, so make sure you say “Hi!” when calling in on your file.
